If you want your session….

April - June: the booking window will be open March 18-24.

July - September: the booking window will be open June 17-23.

October - December: the booking window will be open September 16-22.

Email reminders complete with links will hit your inbox so no need to mark your calendar unless you like to over-prepare!
You don’t HAVE to schedule during the booking window. That is just when you’ll have the ability to grab a spot on your own and get it before the public.
